We are excited to announce our partnership with Livy White to provide enhanced transaction coordination services. We believe this new level of service will surpass anything you’ve experienced with RE/MAX Town Center before.

 

If you choose to maintain the current level of transaction services, there will be no additional cost. However, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of the enhanced services, which are available for a fee of $140 per transaction. RE/MAX will subsidize the remaining cost as part of our dedication to your business success. 

 

Selecting enhanced transaction services is easy.  When you submit your transaction coversheet just select Standard or Enhanced services at the top.  Your fee will be paid out at closing.
