  • Activate your Google Business listing and get reviews short link

  • Update all social media with RE/MAX Town Center

  • Email your headshot to the Director of Marketing

  • Register a business URL, if necessary

  • Set up your email platform, including your signature line

Week 3

Goal: Budgeting, CRM Training, and Begin Outreach

Tasks​

  • Create a spreadsheet of contacts to be uploaded to MAXTECH Powered by BoldTrail: Gather names, addresses, phone numbers, and emails for your database with a goal of getting to 100 qualified relationships. 

  • Upload customer database or contact lists to upload to MAXTECH Powered by BoldTrail

  • Review MAXTECH Powered by BoldTrail smart campaign settings

  • Send announcement emails and letters. Sample letter.

  • Write handwritten notes to your top 10-20 connections in your database

  • Make an announcement post and begin regular (3-5 times a week) posting on social media; go to MAX/Center Marketing for ideas to get started

  • Start interviewing business resource partners i.e. loan brokers, title agents, escrow agents, plumbers, electricians, home stagers, home photographers, etc. 

  • Meet 3 of your favorite people one-on-one for breakfast or lunch

  • Join neighborhood, city, or other affinity Facebook groups.

Week 4

Goal: Enhancing Your Outreach Systems

  • Create 1 new content page on your website - local page, affinity page, blog article​​

  • Call 5 people in your database daily to follow up on Monthy Mailing or just to say "hi."  

  • Write 3 personal notes per day

  • Pop-By 5 people in your database this week

  • Add 5 people to your database this week

  • Meet 1 of your favorite people for breakfast or lunch this week

  • Film video for social media

  • Post 3-5 times on social media
