Community Guide Resource

Real estate agents who are experts in the communities they work in are more likely to be successful in their business. They have a deep understanding of the local market, which allows them to serve their clients better. They know the neighborhoods, the schools, the amenities, and the latest trends. They can also help their clients find homes that meet their specific needs and budget.

In addition, real estate agents who are experts in their communities are more likely to build trust with their clients. Clients know they can rely on these agents to provide accurate information and help them find the perfect home. This trust is essential for a successful real estate transaction.

All RTC agents have community resource guides by default on their websites. The RTC marketing department wrote these guides with links to local amenities, shopping, recreation, and more. You can link to these guides in your social media, emails to your mailing lists, or in print marketing, wherever you want to place a call to action demonstrating that you are a local expert. To find your community resource guides, go to your individual website, select "Guides & Resources," then "Community Guides."

To use these resources on your social media, below are links to prewritten text for each community to use in the text of your posts. We recommend posting a new community each week and repeating the list when you reach the end. Most of your followers won't notice or care if you repeat posts. If you don't like the text we have provided, it's okay; you can write your own.

More ways to be a community expert:

• All RTC agent websites have, by default, a real estate stats page for twenty-three local communities (might be different if you have made changes). These pages are automatically kept up-to-date with the latest stats and listings. Please find the links at the bottom of your home page under the heading “Areas We Cover.” The links are branded with your information and URL. • Roadside attractions in King and Snohomish County. This blog has locations and descriptions https://rem.ax/snokingislandroadsideattractions. Find them, take your picture next to them, and make fun posts on social media. Or you can find original images in this folder: https://rem.ax/roadsideattractionspictures, and you can make the posts without leaving your house.
