How to set up your lead assignment notifications

App Notifications

>Download the app

>Log in with your same login and password as the remaxtc.com/backend website.

>Tap Settings

>Tap toggle button for "Allow Push Notifications." (make sure button is green)

>Tap toggle button for "Leads are Assigned to Me" (make sure button is green)

>You may also set up a do not disturb timeframe on the settings screen by tapping the "Scheduled" toggle button under "DO NOT DISTURB" and then set up the time frame. Keep in mind that if you have a do not disturb set-up on your global phone settings, it will automatically hold notifications on all your notifications for all apps. Setting in REW may be redundant and unnecessary. 

 

Text Notifications

>Log into remaxtc.com/backend

>In the upper right corner, click the menu icon that looks like three stacked lines

>Click "Preferences," the menu that appears

>Under "SMS Email Address," enter your SMS text message address. It will be your full ten-digit address plus your phone service provider's @, which is known as an SMS Gateway. For example, a Verizon customer would be 425123456@vtext.com

  • Boost Mobile @sms.myboostmobile.com  

  • Cricket Wireless @mms.cricketwireless.net  

  • MetroPCS @mymetropcs.com  

  • Sprint @messaging.sprintpcs.com

  • U.S. Cellular @email.uscc.net  

  • Verizon Wireless @vtext.com  

  • Virgin Mobile @vmobl.com  

 

>Click on the menu above your picture in the middle/left of your screen 

>Click "Notifications

>Check the SMS box under "New leads are assigned"

>You may also add a CC email address to get cc'd to another email account by clicking "Add CC"

>Click the green SAVE button in the lower right corner of your screen

 

Email Notifications

>Log into remaxtc.com/backend

>In the upper right corner, click the menu icon that looks like three stacked lines

>Click "Preferences," the menu that appears

>Verify your email address under "Email Address *"

>Email notifications to your primary email address are automatic. 

>You may also add a CC email address to get cc'd to another email account 

>Click on the menu above your picture in the middle/left of your screen 

>Click "Notifications

>Under "New leads are assigned," click "Add CC"

>Click the green SAVE button in the lower right corner of your screen
